Outdoor Adventures has served more than 200,000 players, including youth groups, birthday parties, bachelor parties, business events, fraternities and sororities, military and police training courses, and other team building activities. Playing paintball is a great way to learn leadership and sportsmanship skills.
OA has provided simply the best paintball experience in the mid-Atlantic region since 1988.
How Can I Play?
You can play paintball at Outdoor Adventures solo, or with one or more friends.
If you already have your own paintball equipment, go here.
If you need to rent equipment, we can accommodate groups of from 1 to 175 players. To check rental prices, go here.
Rental customers compete against players of similar skill levels. Outdoor Adventures specializes in first-time players.
What kind of paintball activities are available?
OA in Bowie provides safe, supervised games on 14 challenging fields that feature man-made bunkers, including a huge 2-story wooden "castle", aw well as other structures and firebases. Our new location in Rosedale (Baltimore) has 5 wooded and 1 airball field with more coming.
Games are played almost every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, except for a break between Christmas and New Years. For our current weekend schedule and hours of play, see Hours of Operation or the OA Calendar.
Both beginners and experienced players can participate in our night games (April through September), and special events such as our scenario games. Even our tournaments feature a "rookie" division.

How do I sign up to play?
Whether it is just for you, or you and a group, you must make a RESERVATION to make sure that we have the equipment available when you want to play.
A waiver is required for all participants. This waiver can be downloaded from here or will be sent by mail upon request. Please have all waivers already completed when you arrive.
We play in any weather, rain or shine!
